A 50% NON-Refundable & Non-Transferable deposit is required for all services. However, for all clients who are receiving a vitamin drip, we understand that some veins are harder to poke and find more than others for various reasons (i.e.: dehydration, small veins , and veins that roll etc.). Therefore, your registered nurse will make THREE attempts as needed to start your IV. If your vein is unable to be accessed after the third attempt the client will receive an immediate refund of the 50% deposit made back to the original form of payment.
Once appointment is booked each client will have up to 24 hours before the date of their appointment to cancel services, or reschedule their date and time. After 24 hours no further changes can be made to the appointment.
This deposit is applied towards your final balance that must be paid in CASH or CREDIT/DEBIT Card ONLY.
Please arrive to your appointment 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
